Iran Press/Iran News: During a meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein in Tehran on Saturday evening, Ghalibaf expressed that Iraq's sovereignty, security, independence, and integrity have always been emphasized by Iran, adding that Iran always supports Iraq as an Islamic country and an important neighbor.
Emphasizing that the establishment of peace and security in Iraq and the region is the most important concern of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ghalibaf stated that the only solution to the problems in Iraq is the withdrawal of the United States from that country.

Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein also noted the common political and economic interests of Iran and Iraq, and expressed that further strengthening of bilateral relations is necessary.
Explaining some regional and international developments, Fuad Hussein also expressed hope that Iran would continue to support Iraq.
