Twenty-five houses and bridges have been destroyed or inundated.
The flood has also affected the villages around the city, including Haviq, Lisar, Kijab, and Kishonben, blocking the roads.
On the eve of the autumn, heavy rain in northern Iran, including Gilan province, has started on Sunday morning.
