US President Donald Trump's remarks in an interview with American journalist Bob Woodward about "a new secret weapons system" are also attached to the tweet.
In his new book, Rage, to be published next week, Woodward wrote that Trump had told him in one of his interviews: "I have built a nuclear weapon, a weapons system that no one has ever had before." Woodward wrote that other sources he interviewed confirmed the information about the weapon, but were surprised that Trump had given it to him.
