Iran Press/ West Asia: An Israeli army spokesperson told AFP news agency that prominent Palestinian young activist 'Ahed Tamimi' was transferred to the Israeli security center for further questioning.
Israel Army arrested Ahed Tamimi for the fabricated allegation of "inciting terrorism".
The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club on Monday said that over 70 Palestinians were arrested by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank during overnight raids.
The arrests took place in Ramallah, Hebron district, Qalqilya, Nablus, and in the al-Shufat refugee camp.
Among those arrested is Marouf Rifai, an adviser to the Palestinian Authority, Fatah member Rafat Alian, and prominent Palestinian activist Ahed Tamimi.
Tamimi became famous in 2012 for confronting and standing up to an Israeli soldier in defense of her brother.
She was earlier arrested in 2017 after a video of her slapping and hitting two Israeli soldiers outside her house in the village of Nabi Saleh went viral.
More than 2,000 people have been detained in these raids since October 7, including 49 women and 17 journalists.
Meanwhile, a month after the Israeli attacks began in Gaza over 9,770 people lost their lives. Near 25,000 people were also injured, According to the Health Ministry in Gaza.
Also, in the occupied West Bank 155 people were killed and 2,100 people injured.
