Iran Press/ America: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said: "The United States is advising others to show restraint, but it is fully on Israel's side... If the United States continues what it is doing so far, new fronts will open against the United States."
The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran continued: "I want to warn right here that the continuation of this situation, the continuation of the killing of the people of Gaza, women and children, will cause the situation in the region to get out of control. The American side should decide whether it really wants escalation and war.
In response to a question about the recent attacks by some resistance groups in Iraq and Syria on the US military bases , Amir Abdullahian said: "They did not receive any order from us, no order."
Iran's foreign minister added: "Washington claims that these (attacks) are related to Iran. These groups make decisions independently."
"We have not sent new forces either to Syria or to other regions in the region, but we are not just watching the developments. The Islamic Republic of Iran will act based on its national interests," Amir Abdollahian is quoted as saying.
