China (IP) - Iran's Commerce Attache in China said the CIFTIS event was one of the three platforms of China to implement the country's 'Open Doors' policies, where the Iranian companies had active participation. 215

Iran PressAsia: Hamid Adeli said on the sidelines of the expo that the event concentrated on the servicing area, noting that the area creates the highest value added in international commerce. 

In an interview provided by Yahya Mansour Moayed, he highlighted the significance of the expo for Iran in terms of the digital economy, adding that Iranian companies active in the fields of education, tourism, engineering, sports, and business services can create economic opportunities for themselves by participating in the exhibition and interacting with Chinese and other foreign companies.

From now on, Iranian companies can present their products to Chinese consumers in Iran's national pavilion opened in the biggest Chinese online platform JD, Adeli added.

The expo kicked off on September 2 at the Beijing fairground, where the Chinese President stressed importing high-quality products to the country. 

2,200 companies from 75 countries have participated in the international event and showcased their latest achievements in the digital economy, tourism, education, medicine, and green economy. 

Iran has participated in the expo with 9 companies representing the Iranian Trade Development Organization and the International Exhibitions Company in food, handicrafts, medical equipment, and high-tech.
