Thailand's Phattharathida Wongsing, who previously triumphed at the 2023 Youth World Weightlifting Championships in Durres, Albania last March, claimed first place with an impressive total of 212kg (92-120).
Uzbekistan's Dilnoza Fayzullaeva clinched the bronze medal with a snatch of 76kg, clean and jerk of 96kg, and a total of 169kg.
The competition commenced on July 28 in Delhi, India, and will conclude on August 5.
