Arjank (IP)- Prunus scoparia is one of the rare plant species in Iran's Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, south west of the country, which is also known as wild almond.

Iran Press/Iran News: Prunus scoparia's wood and fruit is usable. The 80-hectare area full of Prunus scoparias in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province near the village of Arjank in Shahrekord is under protection.

The pink blossoms of Prunus scoparia have made the spring season of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province more beautiful and unique.
