Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov

Moscow (IP) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister strongly criticizes simulation exercise of US nuclear attack on Moscow warning that such measures could increase the probability of employing unconventional weaponry.

Iran Press/Europe: Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov lambasted Washington's recent move to simulate a limited nuclear attack on Russia.

Referring to US recent Anti-Russian maneuver, Ryabkov said that the United States have continued to perform exercises on simulated nuclear attacks against Russia as well as keeping lowering the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons, TASS reported.

Russian top officials also called such measures as clear proof for Washington's Anti-Russia approach.

"Instead of concentrating the efforts to strengthen arms control regime which also includes nuclear weapons, the US has started a very dangerous game," said the Russian official.

"Employing the nuclear weapons will have no winner at the end and for the same reason it should not be used," Ryabkov concluded.
