Iran Press/Iran news: The representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Tehran asserted that Palestine not only rejects the 'Deal of the Century' but totally rejects the Israeli regime's existence, particularly in Palestine.
Speaking in a conference of 'Geography of Global Resistance and Security' in commemoration of Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mehdi al-Muhandis on Saturday, Nasser Abu Sharif said the US-Israeli plan, 'Deal of the Century', is a means for distinguishing good from evil.
Nasser Abu Sharif pointed to Iran's Islamic Republic Movement and stressed that it is not limited to Iran and the Shias but belongs to the entire Islamic Ummah, so all must have unique guidelines and goals and pursue them.
The Islamic Republic movement established by Imam Khomeini (may his soul rest in peace) and is based on Islamic Ummah progress and confronts the enemy plots, including Zionist, US, and Western projects the goal of which is undermining the Ummah, he remarked.
Abu Sharif referred to Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani as a student of the Islamic Republic Movement, whose efforts were all at the service of the Muslim Ummah and the Islamic Republic, as well as the fight against the Western and Zionist plots, noting that Lt. General Soleimani's path was towards Palestine and al-Quds.
Haj Qassem, he said, tried to reinforce the Resistance Front, set progress as the pivot of the resistance axis from Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, and based his plan on confronting the West and the Israeli regime.
He remembered in his last meeting with Martyr Soleimani, the top General said the Palestinian issue is the issue of the current age and the men will be asked in Hereafter about Palestine and that it is Palestine that at that day is a criterion for dividing Paradise and Hell.
The Palestinian Official said General Soleimani organized and established a vast, cohesive, and homogenous resistance front and put it in the appropriate path the only goal of which was the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
Saying Haj Qassem knew the enemy very well, Abu Sharif asserted that there are many movements in the Islamic Ummah, such as in Afghanistan, but they digressed for they failed to know their enemy and instead they got involved in in-fighting.
He defined the resistant front as one that must get united against the Western plots and its goal is to oust the foreigners and uproot the Israeli regime from the region, stressing that as long as the cancerous tumor of the Israeli regime exists in the region, the Muslim Ummah cannot progress.
"General Soleimani carried out its plans based on fighting against the Zionist regime; in fact, he implemented Imam Khomeini's thoughts and the guidelines of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei who said the issue of Palestine is the issue of Islam," the Palestinian envoy said.
In the end, he praised the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution and Muslim Ummah, particularly martyrs Lt. General Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mehdi al-Muhandis. 101/205/211
