zarif: US threatening unilateralism

Iran's Foreign Ministry Mohammad Javad Zarif اhas said US unilateral actions are threatening multilateralism.

Iran PressIran News: Mohammad Javad Zarif on his Twitter account on Tuesday wrote: "On my final trip of this decade to Russia and China a consensus has been reached that the US unilateral actions have endangered multilateralism."  

He said Iran, Russia, and China believe that US violations have jeopardized Iran's international nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

"Only way E3/EU can save JCPOA is to stop posturing & begin fulfilling their own obligations," he added. 

Heading a high-ranking delegation, the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Beijing to meet with his Chinese counterpart.

Mohamad Javad Zarif and Wang Yi discussed bilateral ties as well as regional and international issues such as Iran's nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Prior to his departure to China, Zarif had a two-day trip to Moscow to discuss the same issues with senior Russian officials.
