Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman condemned the US Secretary of State for his anti-Iranian statements.

Iran PressIran news: Referring to the recent remarks by Mike Pompeo on Friday, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi said: "The US Secretary of State merely speaks of bullying, deceit, humiliation, and insult through-provoking anger, aggression, and ignorance as well as extremism."

Mike Pompeo accused the Islamic Republic of Iran of violating human rights on Thursday.

Mousavi stressed that Pompeo, who has come to the US State Department from a deceitful and subversive organization, has transferred his negative thoughts to the field of diplomacy.

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman highlighted that foreign ministers are usually in favor of peace, reconciliation, dialogue, and respect; adding: "Pompeo has no capacity of being a secretary of state."

The Iranian diplomat went on to say that the Americans will not achieve any of their goals with these methods.
