Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman condemned the terrorist attack in a mosque that killed and wounded dozens of worshipers in Afghanistan's eastern province of Nangarhar.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi expressed his condolences and sympathy to the Afghan government and nation, especially to the families of the victims of the barbaric move, over the incident.

Mousavi added that the terrorist attack and targeting the innocent worshipers while saying Friday prayers in the mosque shows the evil character and satanic objectives of the terrorists who aim to create discord among the Afghan Muslim nation and make the insecurity and instability persist in the Muslim neighboring country.

At least 62 worshippers have been killed and more than 100 injured at a mosque on Friday in eastern Afghanistan in which the roof collapsed by Multiple explosions.
