Iran and South Africa signed international cooperation documents at the 14th Joint Commission session of the two countries.

Iran Press/Iran news: South African Minister for International Relations Naledi Pandor, arrived in Tehran on Wednesday morning and met with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

After consultations between Foreign Ministers of the two countries about ways to develop relations, the international cooperation documents have been signed at the 14th South Africa-Iran Joint Commission of Cooperation.
On the other side, Iran's Parliament speaker Ali Larijani met with the speaker of the South African Parliament Baleka Mbete, on the sideline of the World Inter-Parliamentary Union (UPI) summit in Belgrade on Monday evening.

Speaking at the meeting, Larijani referred to the importance of developing economic relations between Iran and South Africa, saying: "Donald Trump's behavior is not lasting and eternal and therefore it should not be allowed to undermine friendships between the two nations, but this requires political will." 101/207
