Iranian Police Force renews allegiance

Iran's Police force commanders and staff renewed allegiance with the founder of the Islamic Republic, the late Imam Khomeini (may God bless his soul).

Iran Press/Iran news:  A group of Iran's police authorities and staff, including Police Chief Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari and the border guards commander of Iran, Brigadier General Qasem Rezaei have gathered together on Thursday in Imam Khomeini's Mausoleum and paid tribute to the late founder of the Islamic Republic.

The participants also donated wreath for the shrine of Imam Khomeni, renewing their allegiance with the high causes of the late Islamic Revolution founder, martyrs, and Leader of Islamic Revolution Aytollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

On the Iranian calendar, October 5 to October 11 is marked as the Islamic Republic of Iran's Police Week with this year's motto proclaimed as 'Powerful Police, People's Trustee.'
