Human Rights Watch has described the Zionist regime’s plan to develop the Zionist settlements as a “war crime.”

Iran PressAmerica: Omar Shakir, Israel and Palestine Director at Human Rights Watch on Tuesday, referred to the recent statements made  by the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the Zionist regime's intention to build new houses in the Zionist settlements in Palestine, saying, “this is a war crime.”

Earlier on that day, the Israeli Prime Minister ordered a new plan to build about 300 homes in the Jewish settlement of Dolev, near the Palestinian city of Ramallah in the Israel-occupied West Bank.

Netanyahu said earlier on Friday that the Zionist regime will continue to strengthen and develop the settlements to “deepen its roots.”
