Iran Press/ Iran News: Iran's vice president and head of the country's Department of Environment, Isa Kalantari, said on Thursday in Ardebil, northwest of Iran that in the second six months of the year origin of the fines is interior and in the first part of the year the origin of them is exterior".
in an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency at the closing ceremony of the 10th National Conference of the NGO's Network of Environment and Natural Resources, he also added: "Fortunately, last year's precipitation in Iraq, Syria, and parts of Saudi Arabia have reduced the rate of fines in these countries".
Head of Iran's Environment Department, also clarifies that: "Due to Afghanistan's non-compliance with Iran's right on Lake Hamoun in Sistan and Baluchestan province, we have a problem with water scarcity, and lack of enough water in these areas creates dust center."
