Heading a high-ranking delegation including Iran's Army and Ministry of Defense officials, Iranian Deputy Defense Minister Brigadier General Qasem Taghizadeh traveled to Moscow to visit the fifth Russian International Forum, "Army 2019" which opened at Patriot Park and lasts for five days from 25-30 June.
