Iran Press/ Middle East: "Despite all international pressures on Qatar, Tehran, and Doha have always been determined to have maximum trade ties with each other," Adnan Mousapour told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Tuesday.
In pursuit of the goal, Qatar and Iran managed to alleviate all obstacles in this regard, he said, Iran Press reported.
Now the two countries can export all products, excluding iron, copper, chemicals, gas and oil and their byproducts, according to the official.
Recently, some limits had been imposed on the exports in all spheres except for garments and food products, he said, adding that the constraints are now removed.
Upon Qatar's announcement that the country had been instructed by the US Treasury Department to stop exports to Iran, Doha and Tehran embarked on negotiations that culminated in relieving the trade obstacles.
On May 07, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani described relations between Iran and Qatar as brotherly and growing, benefiting both nations as well as the wider region.
