The Leader of the Islamic Revolution in two separate decrees has appointed the deputy head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps as well as IRGC coordinating deputy.

Iran Press/Iran newsAyatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Thursday, appointed Admiral Ali Fadavi as the deputy head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps and Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Naghdi as the IRGC coordinating deputy.

The Leader stated that the appointments were made in view of the commanders' commitment and valuable work experience in large-scale management fields and different posts in the IRGC, Iran Press reported.

Admiral Fadavi will fill the position after Brigadier General Hossein Salami, the former IRGC deputy commander, was appointed as the chief commander of the military elite force on April 21.213/203
