Iran's Foreign Minister, in a message expressing his condolences on the occasion of the martyrdom of one of Iran's senior military advisers in Syria, emphasized that Tel Aviv should wait for a tough countdown.

Iran PressIran news: Brigadier Seyyed Razi Mousavi, one of the advisers of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Syria, was martyred during the Israeli regime's airstrike on the Zainabiyah area of Damascus on Monday.
In his social media X (former Twitter) account, Amir-Abdollahian expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of the Iranian adviser in the fight against terrorism in Syria, Brigadier Seyed Rezi Mousavi, to his respected family and the two nations of Iran and Syria.

Iran's top diplomat added: "This honorable martyr fought bravely against terrorists for many years alongside the martyr Major General Qassem Soleimani to ensure the security of Iran and the region."

Amir-Abdollahian emphasized: "Tel Aviv should wait for a tough countdown."

Mousavi had close ties to former top Revolutionary Guard Lt. Gen. General Qassem Soleimani and was responsible for supporting the resistance front in Syria. General Soleimani was assassinated in a US drone strike in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2020.
