The Foreign Ministry of the United Arab Emirates has issued a statement saying four commercial vessels have been deliberately destroyed and looted.

Iran Press/Middle East: Four commercial vessels were attacked and destroyed in a 'sabotage operation' near the territorial waters of the United Arab Emirates, the UAE foreign ministry said in a statement on Sunday, adding that there were no victims.

According to a report by the Daily Star, the big blasts have said to have occurred in the port of Fujairah earlier on Sunday in the United Arab Emirates. At the same time, the real cause of the blasts are uncertain. The reports further say that the explosion occurred after at least between seven and ten oil tankers had been set ablaze.

Although, the United Arab Emirates had earlier denied the reports of explosions in Fujairah, later the Middle Eastern country had to confirm the news.
