Iran Press/Iran News: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Wednesday, in a message on Twitter, wished success to Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi as Oman's new foreign minister expressing hope that cooperation between the two countries would expand further.
The Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tariq, appointed Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi as the country's foreign minister yesterday (Tuesday).
Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi replaces Yusuf bin Alawi, who has been Oman's foreign minister for 23 years. 101/205
