Iran Press/West Asia: According to Iran Press, Ismail Haniyeh, the former head of the political office of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), before his assassination and martyrdom, wanted to hold a global rally and march in support of the Gaza Strip on August 3, 2024.
Yemeni demonstrators in front of the UN headquarters in Sana'a on Saturday condemned the assassination of the leaders of the Resistance Front, including martyr Ismail Haniyeh.
Yemenis also asked the United Nations to take practical measures to stop the killing and genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip by the Zionists.
Yemenis criticized the performance of the United Nations regarding the Gaza Strip and emphasized that this international organization is incapable of solving the Gaza issue with weak statements and only condemnation. 204
