Five Israelis were injured after a missile fired from Yemen hit Tel Aviv on Monday evening.

Iran Press/West AsiaThe Israeli emergency services issued a statement announcing that five Israelis were injured while trying to reach safe and protected areas in and around Tel Aviv following a missile attack from Yemen at Tel Aviv.

The Yemeni armed forces announced that they had targeted Tel Aviv with a missile on Monday evening, and despite firing 12 missiles, the Israeli defense system was unable to shoot down the missile in the sky over occupied Quds.

In this connection, the Israeli media noted that, as a result of the firing of three missiles from Yemen, alarm sirens sounded widely in the two areas of "Gush Dan" and "Tel Aviv" on Monday evening.

These media outlets stressed that the sound of sirens could even be heard in the courtroom where Netanyahu was being tried, and the firing of these missiles caused the takeoff and landing process at Ben Gurion Airport to be suspended.

Over the past months, the Yemeni army, in support of the resistance of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and within the framework of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, targeted several Israeli ships or vessels bound for the occupied territories in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

During this period, the Yemeni army has also carried out several successful missile and drone attacks on the occupied territories, especially Tel Aviv.

Yemeni army forces have pledged to continue attacking Israeli ships or vessels bound for the occupied territories in the Red Sea until the Israeli regime stops its aggression against Gaza.
