Tehran (IP) – Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces said that in the last two years, no US aircraft carrier or helicopter was present in the Persian Gulf, and they are now more than 1,000 kilometers away from the coast of Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Major-General Mohammad Baqeri said after the Iran-Iraq War (from September 1980 to August 1988), all kinds of US fleets, including aircraft carriers, helicopter destroyers, and submarines, were present in the Persian Gulf and approached up to 7 to 8 miles from the coast of Iran.

"Iran has reached a point of military power where no aircraft carriers or helicopter destroyers are present in the Persian Gulf in the last two years, and US forces are more than 1,000 kilometers away from Iran's coasts.
