Iran Press/ America: United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (URWA) announced on Thursday that the people of Gaza are suffering from catastrophic hunger and children are dying of malnutrition and thirst.
Also, the Palestinian Information Office reported that 3,500 children under the age of 5 are facing definite death due to the malnutrition and starvation policy adopted by the Israeli regime's army against the residents of the Gaza Strip.
The office said that since October 7, 2023, the Israeli regime has been exacerbating the humanitarian situation in the framework of its genocidal war on Gaza.
More than 95% of the bakeries in the war-torn area have been shut down because of the Israeli regime's blockage of the crossings and preventing the entry of fuel to the area.
Backed by the US, the regime began an all-out war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, which has led to the martyrdom of over 37,700 people and injury of over 86,400 others up until today; meanwhile, the people are struggling with famine and starvation.
All is happening before the international bodies' and they are practicing innertia.
