Russia's ambassador and permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna, advised the Western parties to return to negotiations to conclude the talks.

Iran PressEurope: Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's ambassador and permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna, who heads Russia's delegation in negotiations to lift the sanctions, advised the Western parties to return to negotiations to conclude the talks.

According to Iran Press' Wednesday morning report, Mikhail Ulyanov raised this matter at the quarterly meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency and added: "Western countries presented a long list of their concerns regarding Iran's deviations from the terms of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)."

He added: "Our answer is that we have to return to the negotiations and finalize the agreement to resume the JCPOA implementation. In this way, the concerns are resolved one after the other within 4 months."

Representatives of the United States of America, the European Union, and three European countries, England, France, and Germany, repeated safeguard claims and spreading accusations against Iran's nuclear developments at the meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency and demanded to speed up the process of implementing the agreement between Iran and the Agency to resolve safeguards issues.

Also, by resorting to the method of blaming, they identified Iran as the cause of the failure of the Vienna negotiations to resume the implementation of the JCPOA, and without mentioning which party is to blame for the current situation, they demanded the full implementation of JCPOA's nuclear commitments by Iran.

Negotiations to resume the implementation of the JCPOA, after months of intense diplomatic talks, have been delayed due to factors such as inconsistency in behavior, delay in decision-making, extravagance, and new requests from the US.

Experience has shown that despite the claims of diplomacy, the White House does not have the necessary will to decide to return to the JCPOA and compensate for the failed policy of the former US President Donald Trump's administration against Iran.

As a responsible country, Iran has always declared that it is ready to conclude a stable and reliable agreement that will remove the sanctions in a guaranteed way and will not remain a pressure lever to be used against Iran in the future.

Ali Bagheri Kani, Iran's chief negotiator, stated a while ago: "The Islamic Republic of Iran sees no obstacle to resuming negotiations and finalizing an agreement if the other parties are realistic and avoid repeating past mistakes."
