Iran Press/Middle East: "After joining the army and the Yemeni People's Committees," Abdul Malik Khamash al-Abyad, the senior commander of the former UAE-backed militias, told said: "Emirati soldiers insult Yemeni officers."
The senior Yemeni military commander also announced the presence of al-Qaeda terrorist groups in the form of Emirati forces.
Hundreds of Yemeni officers have so far left the forces and joined Ansarullah forces due to the insults of Emirati officers occupying the Yemeni coast.
Saudi Arabia and a number of its regional allies launched a devastating campaign against Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing the government of former president Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi back to power and crushing Ansarullah.
The war has also taken a heavy toll on the country’s infrastructure, destroying hospitals, schools, and factories.
The UN says over 24 million Yemenis are in dire need of humanitarian aid, including 10 million suffering from extreme levels of hunger.
