Accra (IP) - Thousands of demonstrators marched through Gana's capital city of Accra on Saturday evening, calling for an end to the "genocide" going on by the Israeli regime against Palestinians, and Lebanese.

Iran Press/Africa: The Israeli regime has been pounding Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon since October 7, 2023, and has so far killed more than 45,000 people.

The demonstrators carried Palestinian flags and banners reading "Stop the genocide," while chanting slogans such as "Free Palestine" and "Don’t Die Now."

They also criticized African governments that continue to keep mute and make blind eyes to what is going on in Palestine and Lebanon, accusing them of complicity in Israel's actions.

Ayirat, one of the demonstrators, told Iran Press: "It's been nearly a year of this genocide, and now it seems they want to destroy not just Gaza, but the entire West Bank, all of Palestine, and even Lebanon".

Another participant, Haruna, emphasized the need to continue protesting, vowing to do so as long as it is necessary, and asserted that a "free Palestine is a right."

Yet in another diabolic adventurism, the Israeli regime carried out an aggression against Iran which was deterred by the Iranian air defense system.
