President Raisi:

Tehran (IP): The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran considered the school of the Islamic Revolution to be the continuance of the school of Imam Hossein (AS) and Ashura and said: "Today, thanks to the pure blood of the martyrs of Islam, a new world order is being established.

Iran PressIran News: The mourning ceremony for the martyrdom of Hazrat Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (A.S.) and the martyrs of Karbala coinciding the night of Tasu'a, as in previous years, was hosted by Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and was attended by a number of ministers, vice presidents, and a large number of employees and managers together of the presidential Administration of Iran and groups of people were held in Salman Farsi Mosque.

According to Iran press news agency, the President of the Republic of Iran, in the gathering of the mourners of the presidential Administration, considered the school of the Islamic Revolution as a continuation and extension of the school of Imam Hossein (A.S.) and Ashura and stated: "Just as Imam Hussain (A.S.) dispelled ignorance from the society  with his blood being  shed , today the pure blood of our martyrs confronts modern ignorance and dispels ignorance from the society."

Raisi added: "In today's line-up of the front of truth and falsehood, everyone is obliged to fulfill their mission in the path of truth with firm will, standing, resistance, and day and night work."

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran considered Ashura and the Red Hosseini uprising to be the manifestation and source of all changes in human society and added: "Ashura is a sign and a science raised so that the path is not lost and the great movement of Hosseini's Arbaeen is a symbol and a manifestation for not losing the Ashura uprising.

Today, Thursday, coincides with the ninth day of the month of Muharram in the year 1445 AH, Tasu'a.

Hazrat Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (AS) and his loyal companions were martyred in Karbala on the 10th of Muharram, 61 AH.

In the incident of Karbala, Imam Hussain (AS) clearly emphasized: "The intention is to disgrace the anti-Islamic government and establish the command of the good and forbid the evil and stand against oppression and tyranny."

Hosseini mourners throughout Islamic Iran commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hossein (A.S.), the third Imam of the world's Shi'as, and his faithful companions, including Hazrat Abul Fazl (A.S.), the brother of Imam Hossein, by holding mourning ceremonies on the days of Tasu'a and Ashura.
