Gomishan(IP)- The largest mobile sea cage with the ability to breed 30 tons of fish per period has been created on the shores of the Caspian Sea in Golestan province's Gomishan city (northeastern Iran).

Iran PressIran News: Considering the Caspian Sea's water area with the ability to implement fish farming projects in the sea, one of the economic and production projects suitable for Golestan province is fish farming in sea cages.

The fish breeding cage is the largest mobile marine cage in Iran with a diameter of 30 meters, an area of more than 700 square meters, and a height of six and a half meters.

The transformative program of the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad of Iran in the field of fish farming in the sea is to produce 8000 tons of fish in the horizon of 1404 in Golestan province, which will create jobs for 800 people directly and 1,600 people indirectly.

In addition to its economic function, the largest mobile hatchery for fish breeding in Gomishan is also of interest to tourists because of the beauty it creates in the Caspian Sea with the flight of seabirds.

Gomishan is famous for having beautiful tourist attractions, and this is the reason why the place is popular among tourists.
