Zarif: Europe not in a position to impose conditions on Iran

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said late on Thursday that the Europeans did not abrogate the JCPOA, but they failed to do their part under the deal, and they are not in a position to impose conditions on Iran.
