Naval commanders from four Caspian Sea littoral states, including Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan, signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement during a summit held in St. Petersburg. The meeting concluded on Wednesday with the signing ceremony, aimed at enhancing regional coordination and maritime security.
