Suicide Attack on Security Checkpoint in Northwest Pakistan Leaves Five Dead

A suicide bombing at a security checkpoint in North Waziristan, located in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, resulted in the deaths of five security personnel on Saturday. According to Pakistan's national television, the attack targeted police and border forces, with the Pakistani Interior Minister confirming that five officers from the police and border corps were killed.

Lahore, the capital of Punjab Province in Pakistan, has once again been declared the most polluted city in the world due to unhealthy air conditions. According to Iran Press, Lahore topped the global pollution list with an Air Quality Index (AQI) reading of 394 in recent days.
