Iran Press/ Europe: The students of the University of Lausanne have demonstrated their solidarity with Gaza, condemning the Israeli occupation and what they perceive as an ongoing genocide.
Students at the University join the global uprising for Palestine, calling for their institution to divest from Israel’s genocide.
Earlier, in some UK universities, students held demonstrations against the killing of Gaza residents.
The spread of protests against policies that have generated the current humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip has been remarkable. Initially centered at Columbia University in New York, the protest movement quickly lit up other college campuses in the United States and has now inspired similar actions around the world. 204
