While speaking at the UN headquarters, the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia talked about the formation of an international alliance to establish an independent Palestinian state.

Iran Press/America: Faisal bin Farhan said in a ministerial meeting on Thursday: “Today, on behalf of the Arab and Islamic nations, along with our European partners, we announce the launch of the International Alliance to Implement the Two-State Solution. We invite you to join this initiative.”

Still, bin Farhan presented no further details about the alliance.

He denounced the “catastrophic humanitarian crisis” that was created in Gaza due to the Israeli regime's genocidal war since October 7, 2023.

"The right to self-defense cannot justify the killing of tens of thousands of civilians, systematic destruction, forced displacement, the use of starvation as a weapon of war, incitement to hatred, dehumanization, or the use of systematic torture, including sexual violence and other documented crimes according to United Nations reports," the Saudi FM said.

Earlier, the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia in a joint statement with the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and several European Union countries declared: "The situation between Lebanon and Israel since October 8th, 2023 is intolerable and presents an unacceptable risk of a broader regional escalation."

Almost one year passed after the Israeli war on Gaza in response to the Palestinian resistance group's Operation Al-Aqsa Flood in response to more than 7 decades of the Israeli occupation of Palestine and the gradual massacre of the Palestinians.

The Israeli regime, fully supported by the US, Germany, the UK, and France, launched the war on Gaza to destroy the Hamas resistance movement and free the Israelis taken captives and it just killed more than 41,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, but neither freed the captives nor destroyed Hamas.
