Iran Press/ Iran news: Hassan Rouhani's meeting with members of the office, advisors and vice presidents to pursue, coordinate and support national actions against the coronavirus outbreak was held on Saturday.
Emphasizing the need for accurate, clear and transparent information on countering the disease, Rouhani said: "The main need of society is to make calmness with a focus on accurate awareness and increased public participation."
The President said that some media outlets seek to disrupt the psychological calmness of society, adding: "We are committed to showcasing the sincere and dedicated efforts of the country's medical staff, which has so far saved many lives and prevented further outbreaks of disease."
According to the latest statistics, 4339 patients from a total of 12729 cases have recovered from COVID-19 disease, caused by the novel coronavirus, all across Iran.
