Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking in the ceremony of inaugurating 5 technological projects on Thursday, Hassan Rouhani said: "It is a great pride for us as Iranians, that we are becoming self-sufficient step by step in the fields of science and technology, especially in the field of health, which is very important to us."
Comparing Trump's actions against Iran to chemical, microbial and nuclear war, the President said: "Although the American people were severely affected by the coronavirus outbreak, Trump refused to make an exception for the Iranian people even in the face of this dangerous pandemic."
"Even today, the new US administration literally claims that Trump made a mistake and explicitly stated that Trump had chosen the wrong path and the maximum pressure has failed; The whole world acknowledges that the intended goals of the maximum pressure against the Iranian nation have totally failed," President Rouhani noted.
He reiterated that the enemies' goal was to disrupt Iran's economy and overthrow the Islamic Republic in their own imagination, yet completely failed.
Five national knowledge-based and innovation projects with a value of 3,462 billion tomans were put into operation in 3 provinces by the Iranian President via video conferencing.
The five national projects were put into operation in Alborz, Tehran, and Qazvin provinces.
