Iran Press/Iran news: Mohsen Rezaei joined the people in Quds day rallies to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the International Quds Day on the last Friday of blessed month of Ramadhan, and marked the so called 'Deal of the Century' saying, "It is now obvious that they planned to first try to economically surround the Iranian nation, increase the pressure on them and then disintegrate Palestine and One of the reasons of Iranophobia project was implementing this plan."
He made the remarks in an exclusive interview with Iran Press.
"The so called 'Deal of the Century' turned out to pursue these two goals and in order to achieve them, they have tried to put some of the Arab countries alongside Israel as mercenaries," Iranian senior official said. "But their plan is doomed to fail because it isn't based on legitimacy, justice and democracy."
He added: "The issue of Palestine is only solvable by holding a referendum in which all Palestinian people, including people from different religions from Muslims to Christians, would participate and solve the issue based on justice and legitimacy."
