Tehran (IP) - The Chief of Staff for the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran said that the procedure for making shops, streets, and roads less crowded as a national decision will be implemented in the next 24 hours.

Iran Press/Iran news: On the sidelines of the first meeting of the Imam Reza Health Center to prevent and combat the Coronavirus outbreak on Friday, the Chief of Staff for the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, told reporters: “The streets, markets and commercial centers in cities will be less crowded within the next 24 hours in order to cut the chain of transmission of the virus between people.”

He also added that within a week to the next ten days, all Iranian people will be monitored and checked via the internet, phone calls or physically for control of Coronavirus infection and if necessary those suspected of infection will be fully identified.

The Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Thursday ordered the Chief of Staff for the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran to form a health center to organize medical services for the people across the country.

The ‏Spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education said that 3529 of the people who were infected with COVID-19 have been discharged from hospitals all across Iran.
