Iran Press/Iran news: With the outbreak of the coronavirus, all the tourist attractions throughout Iran have been closed, and also, all museums, historical sites, and other tourist sites and even shops in Tabriz have been completely closed.
The most historical and tourist places in Tabriz are the Kaboud Mosque(Blue Mosque), Arg Alishah of Tabriz, Sa'at(Times) Tower, Azerbaijan Museum, Qajar Museum, which is closed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.
Due to the orders by the national task force for fighting Coronavirus for containment of an outbreak of COVID-19, Tabriz Bazaar, the largest indoor market in the world, is in silence these days.
Tabriz is one of the historical and tourist cities of Iran and also has the largest roofed-bazaar (Tabriz Historic Bazaar) in the world.
The head of Iran's Health Ministry's Public Relations Office Kianoush Jahanpour on Tuesday said that 20,239 people out of a total of 62,589 infected by the coronavirus have survived while 3,872 have lost their lives.
Worldwide, the total number of infections recorded since the beginning of the outbreak reached more than 1,431,000 while the global death toll has surpassed 82,000.
