Iran Press/ Iran News: On the sidelines of the unveiling of the first Iranian anti-coronavirus spray and in response to the Iran Press question, Alireza Zali said that the spray in masks could protect people, especially medical staff and break the transmission chain.
To confirm and verify the effectiveness of the spray, an electron microscope was used, added Zali.
It has taken roughly 15 months to accomplish the project in cooperation with a group of lung and infectious diseases specialists, virologists, he highlighted.
This has been completely new and innovative, Zali pointed out.
With the support of the office of the Vice President for Science and Technology, mass production of the spray should continue like the early days of the project to make the product available to the public, Zali concluded.
