Iran Press/Middle East: In a meeting with Oman's Minister of Education Madihah Bint Ahmad al-Shibaniyah on Wednesday, Mohammad Reza Nouri Shahroudi referred to Iran's potentials in knowledge, technology, research and innovation of new education technologies, emphasizing on Tehran's readiness to expand cooperation and transfer of experience in these fields to Muscat.
Referring to the Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries regarding the establishment of a Persian Language Learning Center in Muscat, the Iranian Ambassador expressed his hope the center will start its activity in Muscat in the near future.
For her part, Oman's Minister of Education welcomed the expansion of bilateral cooperation and expressed his readiness to travel to Iran to see the opportunities and developments in Iran in the field of education.
The Omani minister said the country's educational strategies for the next 20 years have been formulated based on scientific and technological needs, and Oman welcomes any cooperation that can help develop the program.
