Iran Press/ Iran news: During the second edition of the ceremony for introducing the winners of the diving military skills competition in Bushehr, Admiral Shahram Irani reiterated that God's help and indigenized science and technology paved the way for the country's successful presence on the international scale.
"In addition to assisting vessels to be safe, The Iranian Navy has been appreciated by international organizations," stated the Navy Chief.
Regarding the presence of Iran's navy on a global scale, Admiral Irani noted that even the claimants of security have asked Iran's Navy to help them.
The Iranian commander enlisted the assistance provided by Iran's Navy to deter pirates, provide safety for vessels, and suppress fire.
Aside from the military presence, the Iranian Navy also aims to provide humanitarian aid as well.
In a bid to give a hand to other countries, adequate training is also provided for the Navy staff, according to the Navy Chief.
