West Asia (IP) - Palestinian worshipers have a large and meaningful presence in the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the nights of the holy month of Ramadan, despite the restrictions imposed by the Israeli military forces.

Iran Press/ West Asia: According to Iranpress, thousands of Palestinian worshipers, especially young people, go to Al-Aqsa Mosque every night after breaking the fast to perform Tarawih prayers, despite the Zionists' obstruction to continue the siege of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Palestinian worshipers pray for an end to the suffering and pain of the oppressed people of the Gaza Strip after performing the Tarawih prayer in the grounds and courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Tarawih is a voluntary night prayer performed only during Ramadan. Because it is a highly recommended Sunnah, masjids across the world hold congregational Tarawih prayers every night of this blessed month.
