According to judiciary spokesman, the International and the Human Rights Headquarters have the return of Iranian criminals from Spain on their agenda.

Iran Press/Iran news: Asghar Jahangir, Judiciary spokesman, in a press conference on Tuesday and in response to the question of Iran Press reporter, said: The Judiciary is focusing on strengthening judicial diplomacy and is taking steps with the aim of protecting the rights of Iranians and supporting them, as well as returning criminals from other countries.

Referring to the legal and international measures of the Islamic Republic of Iran, he said: So far, no agreement has been finalised between Iran and Spain, but we hope that with the cooperation of countries, no criminals can find a shelter anywhere in the world.

Later, in response to a question about the latest status of the Ukrainian plane case, Jahangir said: If the process of this case has been prolonged, it is because of the high level of accuracy.

The case has been returned to the judicial organization due to research deficiencies, and the result will be announced soon.
