Vienna (IP) - Permanent Representative of Russia to International Organizations in Vienna and Russia's representative in negotiations to revive the JCPOA emphasized that the outcome of these negotiations depends on how the United States reacts to Iran's reasonable proposals.

Iran PressEurope: According to an Iran Press report on Wednesday, Mikhail Ulyanov wrote on his Twitter in response to the report of the American newspaper New York Times:

"There have been reasons for optimism before, but on previous occasions expectations were not met. This time more than ever we have a great chance to cross the finish line at the #ViennaTalks."

He added:  "The final result depends on how the #US reacts to the last Iranian reasonable suggestions."

"The New York Times wrote in its report: "For the first time in many months, there was increasing optimism on Tuesday among European officials that Iran and the United States may actually agree upon a revival of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal."

On Monday evening, Iran sent its official and written responses to the European Union's proposed plan for revitalizing the JCPOA ( The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) to the European side.

EU has described Iran's responses as "constructive" and is a kind of ball in America's court to revive this agreement with its flexibility.
