Iran Press/ Iran news: "The two nations of Iran and Iraq are complementary and united in all matters," Asaad Al-Eidani reiterated in an Arbaeen headquarters meeting in the border of Shalamcheh, attended by the governor of Khuzestan province Gholamreza Shariati on Saturday.
He considered serving Arbaeen pilgrims the most important point of consensus between Iran and Iraq, saying: "It is remarkable that Iraqis serve the pilgrims en route from Basra to Karbala, and the people are trying to taking care of each other in this regard."
The governor of Basra Province visited Iran's international border of Shalamcheh on Saturday to keep up with the latest developments of the commute of Arbaeen pilgrims.
The commute of Arbaeen pilgrims from four borders of Khosravi, Mehran, Chazzabeh, and Shalamcheh has increased three-fold compared to the corresponding period last year.
