Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Dehghan added that with the involvement of the Iraqi government, serious measures have been initiated and now we are waiting for the indictment to be issued.
"Due to the involvement of the Iraqi prosecutor in the investigation of the assassination of Martyr Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, there is also a judicial case against the criminals who assassinated General Soleimani and the case is being investigated by judicial authorities," Dehghan reiterated.
"At the same time, we are following the international proceedings of the legal case of Hajj Qassem Soleimani in international courts," he added, saying that it seemed that the United States would not respond to our warning.

Regarding the terror attack on the IRGC military advisors in Syria, which led to the martyrdom of a few Iranian military advisors, Dehghan stated that part of the action is related to the legal domain, yet the rest of it, those related to the acts of the Israeli regime, is beyond the legal framework.
